Working primarily with people who have lost joy and hope following chronic life stressors such as divorce, career changes, empty nest, moving countries, etc.

Those who followed the “societal rules” / path and found it empty, unfulfilling and it led them further from their truth and what they thought life would be like. Those who no longer know who they are, what they want for the future and feel that life is slightly pointless. They are frustrated, angry, low, feel like they're on autopilot and like no one understands them. The feel lonely even when they are not alone. Overall, they feel generally lost, unhappy and unsure of what comes next.

Having been through much trauma and chronic stress leading to a breakdown, she understands only too well what her clients are going through. This makes her relatable, empathetic and guides from a place of experience and knowledge. She helps them rediscover and recreate their lives as well as embrace self-acceptance and fulfilment.

With 23 years’ experience in the Spa Industry and 9 years as a private clinician, Laura lives and breathes a wellness lifestyle through her unique understanding of the intricacies of mental and emotional impact on over all physical wellness.

With an unquenchable thirst for learning, she constantly adds new therapeutic techniques to her toolbox, ensuring that she gets the best results for each client. Her clients describe her as their weekly dose of inspiration and a feeling of empowerment that builds each week.
