I am a graphic designer who started my yoga journey over twenty years ago. I was lucky enough to have found a wonderful yoga teacher who was an immense inspiration. Her wisdom and encouragement sparked my own journey to becoming a yoga teacher. During the last two decades, I explored many different yoga styles, mediation, Reiki and other forms of spirituality and wellness. I am drawn to helping others who struggle with stress, tension and coping with trauma. This developed into a passion for teaching the gentle and subtle practices of Yin and Restorative yoga, which helps release deep-seated emotions and allows one to connect back to the self.

I am a self-professed, lifelong student of wellness. My current path is taking me into a deeper teaching role as a Yoga and Art Life Coach, using and incorporating all my gained knowledge to help others and myself become the very best version of ourselves.
