Mariana Pena is a spa therapist, masseuse and independent instructor of Yoga Facial, a simple and effective natural technique to exercise the muscles of the face, to keep an invigorating face expression and to connect with our natural beauty. She has been teaching the technique in Spain, in person and online. She strongly believes that this online course is the best way to get started in Yoga Facial because you will be able to follow the course at your own rhythm and afterwards, introduce to your daily life a new self-care routine. About the course
El yoga facial es una técnica que consiste en una serie de estiramientos, ejercicios de tonificación y masajes que permiten a todos los músculos del rostro mantener (y/o recuperar) su fortaleza y elasticidad.
El rostro tiene puntos energéticos que al ejercitarlos (junto con la meditación) estarás ayudando a mejorar la sensación de bienestar y aceptación contigo misma. Es un gran aporte a tú crecimiento personal, es decir, el yoga facial es una disciplina que está más centrada en mejorar el estado anímico que, como consecuencia, el físico.
Aunque la práctica del deporte para tonificar todo el cuerpo sea la más común, no deberíamos olvidarnos de los músculos del rostro. Uno de los tantos beneficios del yoga facial es sin duda que logra combatir las arrugas del rostro gracias a la oxigenación del cuerpo a través de la respiración y la circulación de la sangre. Además, ayuda a estimular la producción de colágeno y elastina, y consigue eliminar toxinas innecesarias para el organismo y el aspecto de la piel.
Éste curso es para mujeres que quieran cuidarse de manera natural, que crean en el auto cuidado y en que nosotras somos responsables de nuestro propio bienestar y de las acciones que hacemos cada día, que son las que nos ayudarán a conseguirlo.
