Role Description
The Spa Manager is responsible for the operation of the spa, gym and delivery of recreational guest services including kids club through ensuring that it achieves the highest levels of guest/employee satisfaction, financial return and leisure safety.
Role Requirements
Required Skills –
Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Good writing skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Problem solving and organizational abilities
Qualifications –
Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
Experience –
2 years related experience including 1 year experience in SPA operation luxury hotel, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
