What you'll do
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
You will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation of the Spa on a day to day basis, this will include checking standards and procedures to ensure that customer’s satisfaction is always met, and leading, mentoring and training team members.
You will also be entrusted with looking after the financial and people aspects of the Spa, and some of your duties will include running and interpreting financial reports, looking after the team payroll, and assisting with the recruitment and on-boarding of new colleagues.
You’ll show flexibility and creativity in dealing with customers’ special requests and in dealing with challenges that may arise during the day

A beauty therapist qualification in either ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, NVQ3 or equivalent
Knowledge of spa membership management
Previous experience as an assistant manager in /five star spa operation, preferably within a hotel
