Contributing to Product enhancement (spa menu engineering, new policies, sourcing new retail…) and Profit achievement (Upselling programs, Retail goal, maximising Team incentive programs).
Actively promotes Membership sales.
Develop Retail and Wellness offerings based on the latest industry trends.
Ensures Spa membership departmental budgetary goals are achieved.
Handles Spa and Fitness guests and members interaction with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; meticulously respects guest needs for privacy, takes ownership of guest concerns and requests and acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction when glitches occur.
Has a thorough understanding and knowledge of all hotel facilities, Spa and Recreation facilities and effectively and accurately recommends products and services in a sensitive and personalised matter to Guests and Members.
Assumes training responsibilities when required; demonstrates a high degree of standards awareness; promotes teamwork and acts as role model.
Actively participates in daily briefings, departmental meetings and scheduled training sessions.
Displays warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests, spa members and internal customers; lives the Golden Rule.
Adheres to the hotel's code of conduct and grooming & hygiene standards.
Is seen as working hands-on, assists colleagues in crunch times; Walks the talk.
Maintains a clean and orderly work area and promotes a safe working environment.
Performs any additional duties as assigned by the leadership team.
Works harmoniously with his/her colleagues and superiors at all times.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Have a minimum of 2-3 years Management experience in luxury Spa and Fitness operation with proven leadership skills
Has previous experience in Membership operations
Possesses excellent English communication Skills
