Spa Reception Manager



Role Description

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Bangkok, we are seeking a Spa Reception Manager who are proactively ensure that the overall environment of the spa reflects the exclusivity and profile of this world renowned Hotel and Spa Group.

Key accountabilities
Ensure that opportunities within reception to maximize treatments and retail spend are addressed and regularly reviewed with reception team to ensure revenue achieve budget.
Ensure that treatment scheduling reflects the need to maximize treatment revenue, through professional planning and therapist resource management to be able to achieve budget.
Monitor product sales performance of all reception team and arrange regular ongoing product training and maximize spa revenue.
Play proactive role with regard to marketing initiatives within the Spa to promote our Health & Harmony concept successfully.

Role Requirements

General requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience as Spa Supervisor or Assistant Spa Manager in 5 star hotel. Front Office background is advantage.
High school education or relevant University Qualifications (e.g. Hospitality Management)
Ability to communication in English very well
