Having spent the first 18 years of my career in various styles of Spa operations, from inside the treatment room to management, I understand fully the challenges faced within operations on all levels. I progressed my career further during my 10 years working with ESPA International in Pre-Opening and Spa Operations. I gained extensive experience in the opening of over 10 global spa projects and in UK based multi-site group operations. More recently I moved to a different end of the spectrum and ventured into the aesthetic clinic environment where I have used the same principles from my past experiences to identify gaps and adapt the business model to deliver results. Now I value the opportunity to share my experience and skills with other businesses to help them evolve, create change and growth.
