Our Founder
Before founding GSR, Susan enjoyed an almost 20 year career in the Spa & Wellness industry starting as a Spa Therapist in 2002, and working up to corporate level and group director roles, gaining experience with prestigious global brands.
Throughout her career, Susan supported & directly managed multiple pre-openings, rebranding's, and concept developments for hotels and independent day spas.
This experience highlighted common challenges and inspired the concept of Global Spa Resources, an easy-to-use platform supporting the success of any spa & wellness business at every stage of their development.
